We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service and telling you more about our products.  This includes IP address, name, email address, telephone number. If you place an order, this can include your delivery address.  We also collect device identifier information to prevent fraud and ensure the security of our digital services.  Your use of this website and your consent granted as above provides permissions for us to collect the above information via this website and store it for the minimum time necessary to secure our services.

We only hold personal data for the purposes of communication, fraud prevention, authentication and billing of our customers and those who sign up to receive information from us. We process all data within legal guidelines and only share any personal data with third parties with whom we have a contractual agreement, and who also comply with legal guidelines. Any personal data not relevant to our current business is deleted.

Payment Card and Financial Details

All of our online payments are processed directly by Stripe or Paypal. We do not have access to your credit card or financial details when you make a payment online from this website.

Telephone orders: We process telephone orders through Stripe or BACS direct bank transfer. We are registered with Security Metrics as PCI Compliant. This means that our handling and storage procedures for your credit and debit card and financial details are certified and approved in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Council recommended practice. We retain your details for a minimal period in a secure environment following which they are destroyed.
