We developed Southcourt Property after many years experience in the UK property industry, because we felt it was beneficial to build a truly digital integrated property services provider.  One that combined the value of many years instructional and training experience in the UK property sector, with the convenience, resilience and innovation of modern technology, across training, software, web and digital.

As we navigate our way through the challenges of COVID-19, I wanted to explain what we’re doing to make sure that Southcourt Property continues to run smoothly and to support our customers through what is, for many, a very worrying time.

NEW Digital Training Platform with immediate access

After many months of development work, we have launched our new Digital Training Platform.  This revolutionary new method of providing accredited training allows instant access to our property training courses, with no need to wait for a delivery. 

Online digital training allows constant updates to provide the latest new working methods, updates to working practices and the latest legislation. 

It includes podcasts, videos and of course the premium training content that you expect from Southcourt Property.

Business Training Course Deliveries

If you choose a physical hard copy of your Business Package for delivery, we want to confirm that all our training collection and delivery operations are continuing as normal.

With our UK Next Day Courier delivery partner, we’ve implemented our contact-free delivery process to include photo capture proof of delivery.

You will not be asked to sign any handheld delivery units and the delivery drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.

Cloud, Email and Hosting Systems 

We have extremely robust systems in place to ensure business continuity while our staff are working from home, they have full encrypted access to all necessary systems.  As a digitally-focussed company, implementing our BCP (Business Continuity Plan) has been fast and efficient, and going forward, no matter how long this lasts, you can be assured of a high level of continuing service.
